When Will My Order Ship: All orders placed before 2PM ships SAME DAY. (Some exceptions apply, orders placed on Saturday/ Sunday will be processed the following business day)

Free Shipping: When you select FREE GROUND SHIPPING on $100 or more, Tackle Supply Depot will ship your packages Tackle Supply Depot reserves the right to choose the carrier for shipping. Methods of ground shipping will be one of the following: USPS or FEDEX. Contiguous U.S. Only

Under $50 (In Items) - USPS First Class Mail (1-7 Days - $5.99) - USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Days - $8.99)
Over $50 (In Items) - USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Days - 5.99)

Rod orders: Rods are shipped in a thick walled cardboard tube. Rods ship separate from other products unless they are able to fit in the rod tube. We can ship a Maximum of 3 Rods per Tube Depending on the Rod. All rods $149.99 or less will incur a $15.00 shipping surcharge.

Rod Combo orders: Rods Combos are shipped in a thick walled cardboard tube. The Rod and Reel from the combo will ship separate. All rods combos $149.99 or less will incur a $20.00 shipping surcharge.

What can I order: You can order anything that is currently in stock on our site.

Backorders: Currently we do not process backorders. You are encouraged to click on the Email me when back in stock button. You will be automatically email once we put that item in stock.

Pre-Orders: We are on the front line with new released products in the industry products. All pre-orders will be shipped when the product become available in our warehouse. New products and pre-orders are on a first come first serve basis and will be shipped in order they were received.

Items we don't carry on our site: Please email us with any and all products you don't see on our site. We will review the items and do our best to get them in stock and available for purchase. Our Goal is to have "More of What YOU Want"

How can I order: You can place an order by phone 1-800-BASS-032 or 203-679-1618 Monday/Friday 8am-5pm EST and Saturday 9am-1pm. You can also order through our secure Website. Feel free to stop at our store during Store hours.

Forms of payment accepted: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and International Credit cards and STORE / SITE ISSUED GIFT CARDS.

Gift Cards & Gift Certificates: There are two types of Tackle Supply Depot Gifts you can purchase. The first kind is that which you can purchase through our online store if you have a digital account with us (GIFT CERTIFICATE). The second is a physical plastic card you can purchase with a custom or pre-loaded amount from our retail location. (GIFT CARD)

Cash Back Program
: Cash back is only applicable to future purchases and can not be re-deemed as any cash or monies from Tackle Supply Depot. "1.5% Cash Back" is a discount on cart totals and redeemable only as a coupon. Points are awarded automatically based on product inclusion per Tackle Supply Depots discretion. We reserve the right to revoke or refuse any points accrued by Tackle Supply Depot account holders.

Sales & Discounts: Multiple Discounts are not allowed on our site. Example: A promotional discount code of 10% will not be able to be applied to Sale, Discontinued or other discounted items. Whichever is greater will be applied to your order.

Order Transit Time: Transit time varies between carriers.

· FedEx Standard Overnight is delivered Afternoon to 8pm Next Business Day

· FedEx 2nd Day Air delivered Afternoon 2nd business day

· FedEx Ground delivered 1-6 days with in 48 States

· USPS First Class delivered 1-10 business days, Saturday delivery

· USPS Priority Mail Estimates based off location, not a guaranteed arrival date (1-3 Days Depending on Location)

NOTE: ALL Transit times can be affected due to inclement weather, Holidays, Christmas Holiday order volumes.

Package not received: All FedEx shipments are insured. Tackle Supply Depot will replace lost and or damaged packages shipped using FedEx.

· USPS First class packages are not insured and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged

· USPS Priority packages are only covered up to $75 and will be replaced if Lost or Damaged

NOTE: Please contact us in the event of lost or damaged. Information must be provided in order to process a claim and for TSD to replace items

Returns and Exchanges: Contact our Customer Service: Please Fill out the Return & Exchange form; download it HERE CLICK TO DOWNLOAD RETURN FORM . All Returns Must have a tracking number with shipment. All products must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase . There will be a minimum of a 20% Re-Stocking Fee on APPAREL & Shoe Returns unless otherwise authorized. Please note that any return after 14 days will receive a credit in the form of a gift certificate for our retail site. Please contact our customer service for details. Any items sent back without tracking and lost in transit will not be exchanged or refunded. Insure all returns over $100. Any un-insured product damaged or lost in shipment will NOT be refunded or exchanged. Please allow 10 working days to contact us about any returns.

Returns On Discontinued/Sale Items: All sales are final on Discontinued, Sale, or Marked down items. They will not be able to be returned for a refund.

Defective Products: Defective products must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. After 2 weeks the items can be returned to the manufacturer for warranty purpose. Please contact our customer service for details.

Warranties: All Warranties will be handled by the manufacturer of the products

Price Match: Please email us before placing an order. We will do our best to match any Authorized Dealers /Competitors Price. We do NOT Price match Ebay or Amazon Prices.

Directions: I-95 Driving North:
